How long does it take to train at LEGACLICK ?
Thanks to its features and its very intuitive interface, LEGACLICK requires only 3 hours of training. An additional hour is required to set up and use the complete accounting module effectively.
Can my accountant use LEGACLICK ?
Your accountant receives a free user account to control and carry out his operations on LEGACLICK. No more double encoding costs: the produced invoices automatically enter the books. With integrated accounting, you have real-time financial information to take better decisions. Important precision: This is a true internal module developed for LEGACLICK and not a connected external accounting software as proposed by other management applications under the term 'integrated'.
Can LEGACLICK manage several companies ?
Yes. Whether your firm is an association of independent lawyers or has several de centralised offices, LEGACLICK is for you.
How much does it cost and what are the benefits of a LEGACICK subscription ?
Our basic plan of € 59 / user / month includes maintenance, support and updates for the application. It does not include data recovery, configuration and training at LEGACLICK. In your financial analysis, it is essential to estimate the considerable time savings and the secure and structuring contributions that an effective management tool can bring to your organization. We can do this analysis with you. Your data and documents are also returned to you free of charge if you wish to terminate the contract. The rental agreement only requires 3 months' notice.
What are the technical pre requisites to install and use Legaclick ?
That is the beauty of Legaclick. You just need a browser to use it. We recommend to use Chrome or Safari to get the best experience. But it will work with Firefox or Opera either.
As no installation is needed on your machine this will lower the costs related to software maintenance, adaptation or updates on your side.
Legaclick will work as well on Mac than on Windows. You become then seamlessly mobile as you can use Legaclick on your tablet as well too.
To use it on smartphones we recommend the use of our mobile application Mobinotia available on Android and IOS for free.
